My nose tip already looks upturned, so if I have surgery I want to make the nostrils not visible, but the surgery is silicone plus septum, and if I don't use cartilage for the tip, it'll be hopeless, right? If I do use cartilage, I worry it’ll feel uncomfortable and foreign just like silicone. The so-called cartilage repositioning people often talk about means using cartilage, right? I'm afraid of getting complications after doing itㅠㅠ
