A bulbous nose was the biggest complex of my life. It was just obviously a round, bulky nose at first glance. The biggest problem was how it looked from the front. My nasal tip was blunt and had a lot of fat, so my nose itself looked extremely, extremely, extremely big.

From the consultation, the direction matched my style well, and they set the plan toward improving my own nose as naturally as possible without making it feel overly changed.
After surgery, the tip of my nose still feels somewhat blunt. (Of course.)
But overall, my nose has become much slimmer, and I’m especially most satisfied with the side profile.
Conclusion People with severe bulbous noses!!!! Rather than greedily trying to change it into a nose shape that was never possible to begin with, it’s much more important to find a clinic that can bring out the best from your own nose. Please, please don’t get greedy.
