I had my first functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty in February. Would full removal be possible?.... I think the surgery I had included the following: 5 mm silicone implant on the nasal bridge / septal extension / spreader graft? / septal cartilage, ear cartilage / deviated septum / inferior turbinate Could everything be removed properly? Would the clinic be reluctant to do full removal in the first place? My goal is just to go back as much as possible to a natural nose with nothing in it... Since it hasn't been 6 months yet, I can't even get a removal consultation.. It's so frustrating.. I haven't had any other side effects like inflammation or contracture. I want to remove it because of the foreign-body sensation, anxiety, and the artificial-looking shape. Has anyone had removal in a situation similar to mine...
