Even if it’s not nasal implant/rhinoplasty removal, during the contraction period or the process of adhesions forming, can you feel the nasal tip becoming a bit tight and firm, or feel swelling inside the nose or a pulling sensation?? I didn’t have this at all before, but it started a few days ago. It’s been two months since surgery, and I don’t think it’s swelling or inflammation… Could it be part of the recovery process? But for it to be recovery, when I purse my philtrum, my nasal tip pulls a lot.
