Since it’s a chain clinic, it looked very busy and felt very hectic. I wanted to have eye surgery, so I made a consultation appointment and went there, and there was a bit of waiting time. The consultation was not with the director first; it started with the consultant first. The consultant recommended that I get ptosis correction, and when I had the consultation with the director, they recommended incisional eye shape correction. Because the two of them recommended different surgical methods, it didn’t seem very professional. The consultation itself was very kind, friendly, and well done.
