I looked at my mom's face and the area under her eyes was so puffy, and the wrinkles were severe too, so her expression looked tired. My mom says she's fine, but every time I look at her it makes me feel bad haha. I went thinking about both upper and lower blepharoplasty, but because the muscle strength for opening the eyes was fine and the distance between the eyes was not that wide, they said just doing lower blepharoplasty would improve her expression a lot, which seemed convincing, so we booked the surgery.
