I’m currently on day 17 after total removal, so it’s been over 2 weeks. The more the swelling goes down, the more asymmetrical my nostrils look.. Doesn’t it look like the opened area around the columella and philtrum was placed a bit crookedly? Look closely at the columella and philtrum in the 2-week photo.. It doesn’t look straight; it seems like it was placed crookedly. When the nasal packing was first removed, the symmetry looked similar, but as the swelling goes down, they’re becoming more uneven, and it’s driving me crazy. Before, they said it was because the silicone was placed high, and I firmly believed that if I had everything removed, it would improve, even if not 100%. I’m not expecting 100% either. Still, it should normally improve to some extent, but with this, everyone says the nostrils are uneven from the front, so the stress is no joke. Would this be eligible for an after-service revision? Is it hard to correct preoperative asymmetry? Still, I feel stupid for trusting that they would make it better than before and going through with the surgery.. Should I look into nostril revision surgery? If I just live with it, I think I’ll be stressed, and the hospital that did the removal just keeps telling me to wait
