My nasal tip kept looking upturned, and the bulbous nose look wouldn’t go away, so I ended up having revision surgery with costal cartilage by Director Kim Dae-hwa at a hospital, and it has been a little over 1 month now haha. During the first consultation, I was told that my nose needed definite support for extension to be possible, so I made up my mind and proceeded using functional rib cartilage. Since it was a revision surgery, I think I was really worried a lot about swelling, but thanks to the director’s meticulous checks, the swelling seemed to go down faster than I expected! After the nose revision surgery, my short nasal tip came down naturally, and the bulbous nose line became slimmer, so taking photos became enjoyable haha. And people around me often say my nose looks natural and that my impression has improved, and every time I hear that, I think I really did well getting the nose revision surgery.
