Review of my nose one week later after removing the splint

My original nasal bridge was on the small and low side, so I had gotten filler a few times before, but after time passed it would sink back down, and I kept feeling disappointed with how the shape held up, so this time I started considering surgery,, When I raised it with filler, as time went on, the side profile became less pretty compared with the front view, so instead of repeatedly getting filler over and over, I thought I should just get rhinoplasty while taking time off work, so I did it *Surgery: 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, 5 mm septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip* On the day of surgery, as the anesthesia gradually wore off, it just felt like my nose was blocked and there was a slight pressure? It didn’t feel very painful There wasn’t much swelling for the first two days, but from day 3, only the under-eye area swelled slightly, then the swelling gradually moved down to my cheeks and seemed to go down within another two? three? days? Is it normally supposed to go down this quickly??? I don’t think my swelling was severe After removing the splint, the sensation in my nasal tip still isn’t completely natural, but I felt like I was adapting faster than expected. It still hasn’t fully settled yet, so I’ll have to keep watching it, but compared with when I raised it with filler, the side profile definitely connects more naturally, and most of all, I think they made it look refined in a way that suits my facial proportions, so I’m sooo satisfied
