It turns out very naturally! I recommend it only for people who truly want to refine the first nose surgery just a little more beautifully. I really recommend it for those who want a natural correction without overdoing it. However, because of the nature of ear cartilage, I had sagging. Especially since this was a revision surgery, the septal cartilage support was not very solid, and I just tried Kozelko, but after one year the nose returned to the state it was in before surgery. But that's because my case was revision surgery. People having their first surgery might be fine? Right after the surgery, I was really satisfied, but after the surgery the nose returned to its original state, so honestly Kozelko is pointless for revision cases or people whose nose condition is not good.
