I went for a nose removal consultation at ㄱㅇㅅ, and the director said surgery would be possible with a closed approach, but the consultation manager said that if I want it removed cleanly, it has to be done with an open approach. When I said, "But the director said a closed approach is possible??" she said then it might not be removed cleanly But the director spoke as if a closed approach would be no problem??? Who on earth am I supposed to believe?;;; Has anyone here had the same experience after going to ㄱㅇㅅ?
