Revision Rhinoplasty Review

I didn’t have the courage to get revision surgery, so I left it alone, but if I kept going like that, my self-esteem was just going to keep hitting rock bottom, so I got revision rhinoplasty at ㄹㅁㅌㄷ. I wanted to keep my rounded nasal tip and have it look natural, but still have a certain amount of glamour that suited my face. But contrary to what I wanted, during my first nose surgery, my nasal tip ended up too pointy, so my nose looked really outdated. Because of that, for my revision rhinoplasty, I didn’t like lines where the nasal tip was too high, and I worked hard going around to consultations at places that were good at improving the nasal tip shape.

I went to several consultations, and since this wasn’t my first surgery but a revision, you know there’s a certain feeling you get when consulting with the director. But Director ㄱㄱㄹ felt different. Somehow, his aesthetic standards were very clear, and I had gone because I didn’t like my pointy nose, but he glanced at my nose and before I even said what I wanted, he said he would improve my nasal tip shape beautifully.

So we decided to remove the existing silicone and use new silicone + donated costal cartilage + donated dermis.

Just like with my first surgery, the swelling on the day of surgery was so-so, but when I woke up after sleeping, my face had become completely puffy. I walked around and used warm/cold compresses to really work on reducing the swelling. It’s already been half a year now, and the line I wanted has come out, and the pointy nose that stressed me out is gone, so I’m satisfied.
