Before<before>After<now> It has already been four months since I had functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery. Looking back now, I wonder how I even breathed before surgery lol. People around me had often recommended that I get nose surgery, and now breathing is so comfortable that I wonder why I did not do it sooner. I also learned through this surgery that functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery can be done collaboratively, so since I was having surgery anyway, I did them all together. Since it was implant-free, I do not think the swelling was very severe, and I had a little bruising because they osteotomized the hump.. At first, when I touched my nose, it felt like it was not my nose, and my philtrum felt tight too, but now there is no pulling sensation in my philtrum or upper lip, and I think all sensation in my nose has returned. There may still be minor swelling, but when I looked it up in a community, they said that at around 3-4 months, the nose shape usually will not change drastically from now. I am satisfied because it seems they made it natural, just as I wanted. I remember that even when designing it on the day of surgery, they asked for my opinion and designed it carefully. I think the director has a style that naturally inspires trust.
