I had a consultation for eye surgery, and at other clinics I was recommended various things like epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, fat removal, double eyelid surgery, etc., but here they said epicanthoplasty alone would probably be enough. It seems like there’s no overtreatment. They also marked out the line for me, but that hurt a little
