After having my 6-month follow-up and care, it has now been a little over 7 months since surgery. From the 6-month mark, I was able to receive scar laser treatment too, so I got laser treatment directly from the director. Right after the laser, it became a little red and raised, but after a few days it settled down. The director checked carefully while doing the laser, and said the scar progress was good enough at this point!! They checked the underwear I usually wear and told me it did not fit exactly and was a bit big for me, so I became more aware and started paying more attention😭 It’s something I might normally miss, but I feel reassured because they definitely check these things well too. It has been a little over 7 months, and since the before-and-after difference is clearly noticeable, the self-satisfaction is honestly the best. I also bought new underwear this time in a size with the exact right fit and started wearing it. Now it’s a period where there are no restrictions on moving my arms or anything, so it’s comfortable, and I think I just need to keep managing the scars well as usual haha
