1. Reason: I had no nasal bridge, and from the front my nose looked chubby, so even contour shading did not help, and I did not like it. From the side, my alar wings were drooping, and my nasal tip was relatively short, making it look slightly upturned. Since I have no medical knowledge, I simply wanted surgery that would improve only the shortcomings I noticed, something like slightly reducing the alar wings from the side and lowering while lifting the nasal tip a little. 2. Consultation review: After visiting and researching several places, I had a consultation with Director Lee Ji-hwan at a plastic surgery clinic and decided on surgery right away. I had taken 10 days of annual leave thinking I would definitely have surgery on 2/20, so it was a bit reckless, but from the consultation, after taking a CT scan, he listened to the reference photos I brought, the line I wanted, the shortcomings I thought I had, and the areas I wanted to improve. Then he created a virtual line on the CT image to show roughly what the line would look like after surgery, and that was the part that made me trust him the most. Usually, with rhinoplasty, I think people are most curious about the result and worry whether it will turn out well or not, but I thought that if it turned out exactly like this, it would be perfect. When I talked about the areas I wanted improved, he very kindly and clearly explained that he would do it this way through these procedures, so I trusted him 100%. Also, since I wanted to change only my shortcomings without changing my overall impression too much, I think that part matched exactly. 3. Materials used and surgical methods: custom nasal bridge implant (Inofit), nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, alar base reduction, bulbous nose correction, cartilage suturing, short nose correction (columella lowering) 4. Swelling & recovery period: I saw a lot on YouTube that although bruising after surgery varies by person, it also depends on the surgeon’s skill, because there should not be much bleeding and unnecessary areas should not be touched too much (?). First of all, I was a bit surprised that I had no bruising until the evening of day 3, and on day 4 I had yellow bruising around my cheeks. Then it gradually disappeared. As for swelling, on days 2-3 my eyelids and glabella area swelled slightly. 5. Overall: It has been one month now, and I did not have much swelling. I returned to work on day 10, and my coworkers asked why I had so little swelling and said I already looked like someone more than a month post-op. Right up until I went into surgery, I asked him to make the starting point at the glabella and the nasal tip pretty and rounded rather than pointy, and he did such a beautiful job. I am a bride-to-be with my wedding ceremony in April, and I am already excited hehe

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
