I had surgery for a deviated septum + osteotomy last year because of my crooked nose, but the bridge of my nose is even more crooked than before. One side is sunken in, and when I look at it, I honestly feel so depressed. (The nasal tip is crooked too.) If the nasal bridge became even more crooked after an osteotomy like this, is re-osteotomy/osteotomy restoration impossible? Has anyone here had a successful osteotomy restoration? Also, I currently have glue-diced cartilage on my nasal bridge, and my nose is too long and too high. If I only remove it, could the crookedness and the sunken-in look on one side become a bit less noticeable? Please help
