One-Month Review After Incisional Double-Eyelid Revision Surgery

📌 One-month progress review It has been about a month since I had surgery with Dr. Lee Hee-young at Uni Plastic Surgery. There is still some swelling left, but since it was a revision surgery and my right eye had an existing epicanthoplasty scar, recovery seems to be progressing a little more slowly. I’m very satisfied with the shape! The line is staying stable as the in-out line that was designed for me at first, and I’m satisfied because my eyes look more defined when I open them. It has not completely settled yet, so I think I need to watch it a bit longer, but I’m looking forward to it becoming even more natural than now as more swelling goes down over time.

📌 Current condition The line itself is a natural in-out line that is not excessively high, so it does not feel too burdensome in daily life. I was very worried because it was a revision surgery, but I’m satisfied because the design was made in a direction that suits my eyes rather than forcing the line to be higher. People around me have also told me a lot that the line seems well-formed and that it will look pretty once the swelling goes down more, so I’m going to wait a little longer too. I plan to keep watching how it settles as the swelling continues to decrease.
