One-month review of non-implant rhinoplasty for a hump nose I decided to have surgery because I kept worrying about my side profile due to my hump nose, and I had it done without an implant at a plastic surgery clinic. I had a consultation and proceeded in the direction of improving it as naturally as possible using ear cartilage + septal cartilage. From the consultation, Dr. Kim Da-alm looked at everything really carefully and kindly, so I felt I could trust him! Honestly, the first week after surgery was a bit tough. Breathing was uncomfortable, and there was swelling Now I’m one month post-op, and there’s almost no major discomfort. My runny nose control still isn’t completely back to normal, so that’s the only thing that bothers me a little! The line definitely looks much softer now that the hump area has been smoothed out, and my impression looks less strong than before, so I’m very satisfied ☺️
