Review after revision surgery for bulbous nose with donated costal cartilage after 20 years

This is my one-month review after revision rhinoplasty. I first found out about Lowell Plastic Surgery through a recommendation from an acquaintance~ I had my first nose surgery 20 years ago, but I really disliked my bulbous nose, so I was considering revision surgery. An acquaintance recommended it, and when I searched it up, I found that Lowell is famous as a plastic surgery clinic that is good at revision rhinoplasty. Dr. Kim Jae-yoon also gave me a kind and thorough consultation, so I trusted him even more. While getting my nose surgery, I also had under-eye fat repositioning done together~ For the bridge of my nose, they used SoFit, a 3D implant, and for the nasal tip, I had surgery using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. On the first day, my nose was blocked, so I couldn’t sleep well. The next day, after they removed the nasal packing, I felt like I could finally live. The splint was removed after one week, and I think all the bruising was gone in about two weeks. Even though there is still some swelling left, it already looks so pretty. People around me are all making a fuss, saying I look prettier. I should have done it sooner~ I also think getting under-eye fat repositioning was such a good decision. I’m living very, very satisfied~ㄴ
