I think my nasal septum is a bit deviated? on the inside like this. It doesn’t feel like the ear cartilage is protruding, but more like the septal area overall is bent to one side, so one nasal airway is narrow. It was already kind of like this before, but lately it seems a bit whiter, almost like it’s showing through Do I need revision surgery?
