Since it was my first surgery, I had a lot of worries, but my nasal bridge was low and I had a bulbous nose, so I was really stressed.. My face is round, and with my nose looking blunt too, it felt even more noticeable, so I used to go around with heavy contouring;; But now the line is so pretty even without editing, so I’m super satisfied!! Since it was my first nose surgery, I didn’t use autologous costal cartilage and only used septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and I got exactly the semi-straight line I wanted My nose tip used to look unsophisticated, but once it was defined and raised, my image changed to look much more refined. It’s already been 4–5 years, and the most amazing thing is that the line has stayed the same without collapsing! Even compared with right after surgery, there’s almost no deformation, so I think my satisfaction is truly the highest. Now I don’t have to stake my life on contouring when doing makeup, so my getting-ready time has also gotten a lot shorter I was worried because it was my first nose surgery, but I’m so relieved that my bulbous nose was clearly improved If you’re worried about a blunt nose, I think you can really trust DA and go for it!!
