My nose was a total mess: a deviated nose, a hump, and even a bulbous nose. I got nose surgery at Leo, and I did lose a little weight too, but these days people have been saying my face looks smaller and even asking if I had facial contouring surgery. Maybe it’s because my old bulbous nose was so bad..;; Since just nose surgery gave my face more dimension, I guess my face looks smaller too. Such a win
