The hospital was clean, but strangely, there were no people. It was even the week before Chuseok, at a time when it should have been packed with people. I liked that it was a one-doctor clinic, but the consultants felt like they were around my mom’s age, and even during the consultation, they just kept showing me patient before-and-after photos that I could easily find myself. When the doctor consulted me, he only repeated what the consultant had written and left quickly. I’m still in my early 20s, and they recommended fat repositioning surgery that I think could be sufficiently covered with procedures. I only wanted to raise the line slightly, but they said an incisional method could only be done with an incision, so I just left. Both the doctor and the consultants were all kind, though.
