I had deep cheek fat removal + fat grafting to hollow areas, and I remember there was no swelling at all the next day and it was done very cleanly. The longevity was also good. About 6 months to 1 year passed smoothly. After that, I only get fat grafting done here. I had fat grafting for nasolabial folds up to the second round, and it turned out amazingly well. The doctor said it takes many rounds, like the 5th or 6th, for it to settle, so I did not have high expectations, but after the first round, compared with the place where I previously had nasolabial fold fat grafting, I was sure it was a success. I used to have a reality check seeing myself reflected in the subway window, but now that stress is reduced. I should have done it sooner.
