First of all, it was the most expensive among the hospitals I went to for consultations! Other reviews were in the high 4 million KRW range, but I think there’s an additional fee because my nose is small. (First surgery) Other hospitals also told me there would be an additional 1 million KRW fee for a small nose. During the consultation, I was told that the director used to do two-jaw surgery and nose surgery at another hospital, but after opening his own clinic, he only does noses. It’s been a little under 10 years since he opened. My nose is extremely low and truly small, so every hospital said it wouldn’t show very dramatically and that the limit would be somewhat low. Among them, one hospital said they would use autologous dermis. So I asked about autologous dermis too, but because of my nose characteristics + skin characteristics, they said even silicone would have difficulty raising it well, and with autologous dermis, the firmer? the skin is, the better it absorbs, so they didn’t recommend it. Especially for a first surgery, they even more strongly did not recommend autologous dermis.
