I have rhinitis, so while I was looking for a functional rhinoplasty clinic, I’m also thinking of getting surgery to reduce the kind of nose that spreads out to the sides when I smile. Among the places I’ve been looking at, can you take a look and tell me if they seem okay as clinics that do functional rhinoplasty and are also good at handling that kind of nose in men?
