When I went in person, the waiting time was extremely long first of all. I waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time, and it seemed like other patients were also waiting quite a long time.
The director measured my facial proportions with a ruler-like tool and explained things like the currently trendy midface length, but that was about all he said, and then it ended. I did not feel that he was focused on the patient in front of him (me). He seemed so busy that he looked tired. haha
The hospital was too crowded, and I had another consultation appointment next, so I left partway through. A staff member said, “We will send you the estimate later by LINE,” but in the end I never received it.
Honestly, I was disappointed as much as I had expected a lot. I felt a little uneasy about entrusting my surgery to this place.
