Breast Surgery Reviews

Sㅇㅇ Week 3

Week 3 change record (asymmetry/sagging breasts) Hello! Tomorrow will already mark exactly 3 weeks since my surgery, so I wanted to share the changes so far.

[Pre-surgery concerns & specs] • Body: 158 cm / 58 kg • Concerns: I had severe breast asymmetry, and overall they had a sagging shape with no upper-breast volume at all, so I had a lot of concerns. • Surgery details: Motiva Demi Full 380 cc / subfascial surgery

[Week 3 changes and pain] For about the first week, the pressure was intense and my whole body felt awkward, so it was pretty tough. But by around week 3, my body definitely feels much more comfortable! I have no pain at all now, and more than anything, I can feel the texture gradually becoming softer and softer, so I’m amazed every day.

[Shape and silhouette] A little while ago, after showering and before putting on a bra, I lay down once bare-bodied, and you know how the breasts naturally spread out to the sides? Without any artificial-looking feeling, the inframammary fold is also settling nicely, so I feel satisfied every time I look in the mirror. There is still a little upper fullness left, but I was told it will gradually come down over time, so I’m going to wait patiently.

[Daily life and care] These days, I have almost no discomfort in daily life. If I happen to raise my arms to stretch, there’s just a slight pulling sensation around the armpit area. I want the swelling to go down quickly, so I’ve been steadily walking more than 10,000 steps a day, and maybe because of that, it feels like the tissue is softening faster too.

I’m also diligently taking the anti-capsular contracture medication the hospital prescribed, and I’m carefully applying scar ointment (Dermatix) every day as part of my care! Seeing the changes day by day makes me even more excited for what’s ahead^^ Everyone, good luck with your care!
