I had often been told for a long time that I gave off an unfavorable impression. Compared with my easygoing personality, my facial impression looked bad, so it was something I worried about a lot both privately and professionally. My face had very pronounced contours and unevenness, so even in my own eyes, I didn’t think I had a likable-looking face.
There were two reasons I decided to get facial contouring surgery. The first was to improve this facial impression, and the second was that I thought contouring might actually be less noticeable than eye or nose surgery. My goal really was just to improve my impression..
Because my goal was clear, I went to consultations at a few places with that in mind, and I could clearly tell which place did not push excessive recommendations and gave natural, thorough consultations. I felt that one clinic was the best in that regard, and the cost also was not extremely expensive like at some other hospitals, so I was able to decide comfortably.
The hospital seemed to be in a newly built building, and maybe because of that, the facilities were very clean. Since it was a large hospital, I don’t think I had any major worries during surgery either.
During recovery after surgery, it was not extremely difficult like some people say, though I think it did take a little time for the swelling to go down.
What I felt afterward was that my face really became more natural? It did not become overly slim, and only my facial impression became clean and refined, so that is what I am most satisfied with. I also think it is a good point that it does not look obvious that I had surgery at all ㅎ
