After I had nostril/alar base reduction surgery before, I don’t know if it was a side effect of the alar reduction, but my bulbous nose got worse and my nostrils became really huge ㅠ I thought about just living with it, but it bothered me so much that while looking into revision surgery for alar reduction side effects, I saw reviews about soft triangle skin excision and ended up visiting. They examined my nose itself very thoroughly, and they explained the surgical plan, the cause, and how they would correct it in detail and professionally, so I ended up having the surgery haha I think the surgery went well ㅎ!! There is still swelling, but my nasal tip looks higher, and I really like how it looks from the front. Because of the alar reduction side effects, it had looked like a huge nose, but it became much slimmer! I’m taking anti-swelling medication because of the swelling, and I just hope the swelling goes down quickly.
