Who said nose surgery doesn't hurt? Maybe because I had a deviated nose and they did an osteotomy, but it hurt like crazy. It felt like they had stuffed some tangerines in my nose. Still, they say it gets better once the cotton packing is removed, so I'm on my way while praying for just that. Autologous costal cartilage actually hurts less than I expected. Just kind of numb and sore? Like muscle soreness, and I think it's okay.
