I’d had a complex about my bulbous nose since I was young, so I got nose surgery 7 years ago, but only the bridge got higher and the nasal tip, which was what I was actually concerned about, didn’t improve much, so I was really disappointed. So I went in person for consultations at hospitals known for bulbous nose correction, and finally had revision surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho Plastic Surgery, which was my top choice. What stood out during the consultation was that, rather than recommending all sorts of add-ons, he said we should focus only on the bulbous nose correction and nasal tip work that were truly necessary for my current nose condition. So that actually made me trust him more. Using FitMeCo customized silicone and donated costal cartilage, I had bulbous nose correction and columella correction, and since I also have rhinitis, I had two types of functional nose surgery done as well. I wanted a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line, and both the front and side views look natural but definitely improved. It’s still only week 2, so there’s swelling left and it sometimes feels a bit awkward, but I can see it settling more as time passes, so I’m satisfied so far.
