I went for a rhinoplasty consultation. I wanted a natural nose and did not want my nose to become extremely high after surgery, but the surgeon said my nose was too low and explained that it absolutely needed to be raised using autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage.... It did not match the direction I wanted for my nose, so I left without paying a deposit. I think it would suit people who want a dramatic nose or a defined T-zone! Still, they explained rhinoplasty methods and materials in detail and did not pressure me to pay a deposit..
