I decided to have surgery because my low nose was a complex for me. Right after the surgery, it was winter, so I had severe runny nose and nasal congestion, and the foreign-body sensation was uncomfortable, but now a lot of that has gone away. I also had bulbous nose correction, and I wanted a natural straight nose while raising the nasal bridge with donated costal cartilage and silicone. As the swelling goes down, I think it’s gradually looking more natural.
