For my first surgery, I had silicone + donated costal cartilage, but I definitely wanted to remove the silicone, so I was only thinking about removal clinics. Then I thought I might regret removing everything all the way to the nasal tip. For the nasal tip, I want to lower the height of the cartilage that was already there and refine the shape. I’m not sure whether it would be better to have surgery at a removal clinic as cartilage lowering? or just have nasal tip revision surgery at a revision clinic What is the difference between lowering the cartilage to match the shape of my original nose and nasal tip revision surgery??
