1st surgery: open 2nd surgery: closed Breathing is still uncomfortable, so I’m looking into revision surgery. I prefer a closed approach because it has the advantage of not leaving a columellar scar, but I’d like to hear about others’ experiences on whether closed surgery has any limitations.
