<Front-view nose ><Side-profile nose ><Nose photographed from below ><Nose when smiling >This is my 2nd rhinoplasty (( My old nose = originally on the high side from the side + the nasal tip was slightly droopy + overall a big nose + some bulbous nose features + thick skin tissue )) My nasal alae were always a bit plump, but that hasn’t improved either, and as you can see from the photos, not only is the columella too low, but because of scar tissue it has become too thick, so especially when I smile, it looks like a droopy arrow-shaped nose. Ever since rhinoplasty, my nose overall looks long, blunt, and big.. Like a masculine nose... So I’m thinking about just having everything removed, but if I don’t do total removal, what surgery would I need to make it slimmer and smaller ..? Since my knowledge about rhinoplasty is pretty shallow, even though I keep researching online, I still don’t really know.. I’d appreciate it if the girls who know well could take their precious time to leave comments. Because of this complex, I feel depressed every day. Please help me ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
