My nose is upturned, but when I had my first surgery, I didn’t want to use an implant, so they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and only the tip of my nose changed slightly. So the upturned nose wasn’t completely corrected.. I’m looking into revision surgery now!! If possible, is there a clinic that does natural-looking revision rhinoplasty well without using implants? ㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
