I used to wear double-eyelid tape every day to create double eyelids, but since eyelid tape inevitably shows to some extent and it was annoying to apply it every time, I ended up getting eye surgery at the same time as my nose surgery. (The surgery cost is for nose + eyes.) I wanted the line to be a bit thicker, but the director said it would be hard for it to come out nicely without medial epicanthoplasty, so he didn’t really recommend it. But I had no intention of getting medial epicanthoplasty, so I trusted the director when he said he would make it as thick as possible and went ahead with the surgery. I’m really satisfied with the result, and I actually thought that if it had been any thicker, it would have looked too obvious that I had double-eyelid surgery, so I feel like I made the right choice doing it this way.
