For my first surgery, I had silicone and ear cartilage used, but I developed side effects like silicone protrusion, so I was planning to remove everything. Then I found out about something called donated dermis, so I’m debating whether to try donated dermis for the nasal bridge + cartilage for the nasal tip.. I’m scared of side effects, so I really hope there won’t be any functional problems at all. Has anyone here used donated dermis (MegaDerm)?? There are so few review posts that it’s hard to find any If you have, please share.....!!
