My nose had rhinitis because of a deviated septum lol Functionally, there were a lot of problems, but my biggest concern was the hump on my nose. I wanted to address both function and aesthetics, so I chose functional cosmetic rhinoplasty and went for a consultation at GNG Hospital lol When the director explained things during the consultation, he clearly went over only the current issues with my nose and the surgeries I needed, without any overtreatment, so I liked that lol I’ve now had functional cosmetic rhinoplasty, and because of the hump, my nose used to have an overall long-looking feel, but I think that part has been improved really well lol The other functional surgery parts have genuinely improved too, to the point where I can feel it all at once lol I thought it would be hard to achieve both function and aesthetics, but at GNG, it’s possible! lolol It really gives me the clear feeling that this is what a masculine nose line is lol
