Since it was my first surgery, I had consultations at several places, and among them, the plastic surgery clinic explained in detail the materials used for the surgery and the surgical methods, and told me the pros and cons of each method and why they recommended it, so I decided to go there. First of all, I didn’t want silicone because of possible side effects, and the hospital recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I had the surgery using autologous costal cartilage! After surgery, it was hard when I laughed or coughed...... and it felt stiff haha..... It’s almost been 1 month now, and I’m really happy and satisfied that the hump is definitely gone. There’s still some swelling left, but I’m very satisfied
