The swelling from my revision rhinoplasty has almost all gone down, and the bridge and tip line have settled really naturally and nicely, so I’m posting a surgery review. How’s the before-and-after difference from the revision? After my first surgery, the shape came out so badly, it looked really obvious that I’d had surgery, and it shifted completely to one side, making the asymmetry severe, so I had revision surgery. Doesn’t it seem like the asymmetry has improved now? The director says there’s still some swelling left, so we need to keep watching it, but I already really like it now Maybe Director Miho is a perfectionist, because they said my nose still has a slight bit of asymmetry left too.. It looks fine to my eyes, so I’m not really sure.. People whose preferences match that style would probably be really satisfied
