I had surgery at ㅁㅇㅌ, and now it’s been a little over 2 weeks since the surgery, almost 3 weeks! From the front and the side, my columella was too recessed, so from the front my nose looked bulbous and pig-like, and from the side my nose looked too short, which stressed me out I spent 2 years researching online, and this time while going around for in-person consultations, the first place I visited was the one where the doctor’s aesthetic sense matched mine the most, and that was here! My nose was naturally very short, I barely had a columella, and my skin is also on the thinner side,, so I didn’t want to use silicone. But if I used ear cartilage or septal cartilage, I felt like side effects might happen quickly The doctor recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I had the surgery with autologous costal cartilage I had a bit of a bulbous nose tendency, so they corrected that, and they also straightened my deviated septum! I didn’t want my face to become one where only the nose stands out, and I wanted it to look natural! I really wanted improvement in the front view, and now everyone around me is complimenting me, saying the front view seems to have improved so well, so I’m really happy
