My nose was naturally very low and short, and it even had a hump, so I wanted a dramatic change. So I asked them to raise the bridge as much as possible~~ For the nose line, I asked for a straight semi-slope line, and for the nasal tip, I told them I wanted it to look more rounded rather than too pointy. I had both cosmetic rhinoplasty and functional nasal surgery done together. My original image was kind of plain and had a bit of a childlike look, but my friends say I look more refined than before. And maybe because the nose now has more dimension, my mouth looks like it has receded too!!
