I had always been thinking about nose surgery and was getting nose filler, then I had my first surgery 4 years ago. I did it without telling my family or acquaintances, so it had to look as natural as possible haha. I had it done at a place that had a bit of word-of-mouth for natural-looking results, and I was fairly satisfied. It really looked natural! But now that 4 years have passed, the nasal tip has drooped a little too... I want to lift just the tip a bit more I think when you do it, you need to know exactly what you want from the start
