I had my first rhinoplasty 6-7 years ago, back when the director was at a different hospital. After the splint was removed, I really liked it. It came out exactly in the line I wanted. There was barely any swelling, and everyone I met said my nose surgery turned out well, but in less than half a year, the nasal tip drooped down like a hump nose. At that hospital at the time, they said it had improved compared to before and spoke as if there was no problem, but the consultation manager said I could have revision surgery just on the nasal tip, so I got a quote. I definitely intended to have revision surgery, but I didn’t want to do it at the same hospital, so I kept putting it off, and only now am I looking into a list of hospitals for revision surgery. Since 6-7 years have passed, the director’s skills now may be different from the time of my first surgery. But if I could go back, I think I would have done it somewhere else.. If anything, please invest a bit more money and, even if it’s expensive, get it done at a place that is good…
