My 5th revision rhinoplasty + philtrum reduction, 1-week review

Today marks one week, so I went in and had my splint removed! Honestly, even when I still had the splint on, I thought it had turned out well enough that I liked how my philtrum had shortened and my nasal tip had come down, but after taking the splint off, I think it turned out even better than I expected. This was my 5th nose surgery alone.. and my first philtrum reduction! Up through my 4th nose surgery, I really focused on going around in person to consultations, and I think I had consultations at pretty much all the hospitals said to be famous. Still, seeing that it failed, I wondered whether my nose itself was the problem or whether the doctors just weren’t the right fit, and I almost became depressed, but I had so many good people around me that I really ran my positive-thinking circuit at full power, decided this would be my last surgery, researched really hard online, chose just one hospital, and went to Litmus. Director Jung Seung-il has basically become like my doctor-father and doctor-god now haha. For the revision rhinoplasty, only the nasal tip was touched, and I think I like the philtrum reduction even more than the nose Maybe because my upturned nose came down and my philtrum got shorter, my midface feels like it has shortened a lot, and I think I barely have any bruising or swelling! I can’t see the scar either, and it feels like the surgery was a success, so I seriously feel like tears are going to pour out! I will absolutely never touch my nose again. I don’t think there will be any need to touch it anymore either haha
