I had my existing nasal bridge silicone removed and went implant-free, so only the nasal tip was raised using donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage. I told them it didn’t have to be high, and asked them to just make the shape look natural and pretty, but it feels like only the tip is way too high. From the front, it looks way too much like an upturned nose. It’s literally a pig nose, and it looks that way in photos too. From the side, only the tip looks too lifted, so it looks weird.. I heard that by one month, most of the major swelling is gone. As time passes, will the lifted nasal tip improve? I want this to be the last time, but should I get an A/S revision.. My nostril show is too severe, the nasolabial angle is too high, and I seriously feel like I’m going to lose my mind
